Visual website feedback tools for Claude Code and Cursor (MCP)

By LayerdockUpdated

A visual website feedback tool that works with Claude Code or Cursor over MCP lets a client pin a comment on your site, then lets your coding agent read that pin and fix it in your code. Seven tools offer it today: Layerdock, Huddlekit, FeedPin, Pincushion, WebPinch, PageProofer and Skyelight. They differ in three ways that matter: what the agent receives with each pin (only the comment and screenshot, or also the console and network trace and design specs), whether a client needs an account or a script on the site, and whether you pay per seat or per workspace. Layerdock is our product and is listed first; every fact below was read off each vendor’s own site on 16 October 2026.

Free forever, no card. Clients just open the link, nothing to install.

What the agent actually receives

Every tool here gives the agent the comment and the page it was left on. The difference is how much evidence travels with it. A screenshot and a selector tell the agent where; a console error or a failed network request tells it why. Layerdock passes the console and network trace captured at the moment of the pin and the element’s exact design specs from Inspect, on both paid plans. For the others, check the vendor’s MCP docs for whether diagnostics reach the agent, because their public pages describe the comment, page and screenshot.

Each tool, where it wins and where it doesn’t

Layerdock (ours)

Pick it when: The agent gets the console and network trace and Inspect design specs (spacing, radius, type, colours) with each pin, not only the comment and screenshot, and can reply on the thread and resolve the pin. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Windsurf, VS Code, Zed and Antigravity. Reviews sites you cannot deploy to, with no script tag.

Watch for: Not the cheapest entry price here, and MCP is not on the Free plan. Layerdock is ours, so weigh this row accordingly. Billing: Per workspace; reviewers unlimited on every plan.

Huddlekit

Pick it when: Cheaper than Layerdock when billed yearly, with three team members on Pro and a polished annotation and Inspect mode.

Watch for: Its page describes the agent receiving each comment's page, element and screenshot; console and network capture is not stated for MCP. Integrations need the Team plan. Billing: Per workspace; unlimited guests on every plan.

FeedPin

Pick it when: Low entry price and a one-command setup ("claude mcp add feedpin") for Claude Code, Cursor and Windsurf.

Watch for: Needs a script tag added to the site, so it does not fit sites you cannot deploy to. Billing: Per plan.

Pincushion

Pick it when: Same entry price as Layerdock with a forever-free plan, and Claude Code registers it as an MCP server automatically.

Watch for: Restricted projects ask reviewers to sign in. Billing: Per plan.

WebPinch

Pick it when: Adds a Kanban board, site audits and AI assist on top of feedback, and an MCP token even on the free tier.

Watch for: Per-seat billing grows with your team; the reviewer works through the extension or the app rather than the live page alone. Billing: Per seat.

PageProofer

Pick it when: Many sites on one flat plan, suited to small studios.

Watch for: The highest entry price in this list and no free plan. Billing: Per plan.

Skyelight

Pick it when: Works with a long list of agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Grok, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt) and auto-classifies feedback.

Watch for: Guest feedback without an account needs Pro; the Free plan has limited MCP access. Billing: Per paid seat; reviewers free.

Connecting Layerdock to Claude Code or Cursor

Create a token under Integrations, add one config block for @layerdock/mcp, and ask your agent to list open feedback. The step-by-step guide for each editor is in connect your coding agent, and the MCP feature page walks one pin from report to resolved.

Common questions

Which visual website feedback tool works with Claude Code or Cursor over MCP?

Several do: Layerdock, Huddlekit, FeedPin, Pincushion, WebPinch, PageProofer and Skyelight all ship an MCP server that Claude Code and Cursor can connect to. They differ in what the agent receives. Layerdock passes each pin's comment, selector, screenshot, page URL, console and network trace and Inspect design specs, and lets the agent reply and resolve the pin; Huddlekit describes the page, element and screenshot. Facts verified on each vendor's site on 16 October 2026.

What is MCP in a website feedback tool?

The Model Context Protocol lets a coding agent such as Claude Code or Cursor call a tool directly. A feedback tool with an MCP server lets the agent list open feedback, read one item with its context, make the fix in your code and mark the feedback resolved, without anyone copying a ticket into the chat.

Do clients need an account to leave feedback in these tools?

Mostly not. Layerdock, Huddlekit, FeedPin and WebPinch state that clients need no account. Pincushion needs only a name on open projects, Skyelight allows account-free guests from its Pro plan, and PageProofer states "no logins".

Which is the cheapest MCP feedback tool?

At entry, WebPinch ($15 per seat a month), FeedPin ($15.90 a month) and Huddlekit ($16 a month billed yearly) are cheaper than Layerdock and Pincushion ($19 a month). WebPinch also includes one MCP token on its free tier. Per-seat pricing grows with your team; Layerdock and Huddlekit price per workspace.
