Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free costs nothing, forever, and needs no card. It covers 2 docks, 35 pieces of feedback a calendar month, and a client share link on your first dock. It is for one person; teammates need Pro or Agency.

Do my clients or reviewers pay, or need an account?

No. Reviewers are unlimited on every plan, including Free. They open the review link and pin feedback on your live site, with no account and nothing to install.

How much do Pro and Agency cost?

Pro is $19 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly. Agency is $69 a month, or $59 a month billed yearly. The price is per workspace, not per seat.

Is there a free trial of the paid plans?

Yes, 7 days on Pro or Agency. A card is needed to start it, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Each account gets one trial.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Paying yearly saves up to 21% against paying month by month.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades and plan switches are prorated. Cancelling, or moving to Free, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your plan until then.

Who handles payment, tax and receipts?

Paddle, our merchant of record. It processes the payment, collects any VAT or sales tax due in your country, and issues your receipts.

Does my price go up if your prices change?

No. While your subscription stays active you keep paying the price you signed up at.
