Layerdock provides a web-based platform for collecting, managing, and collaborating on visual feedback for websites and digital projects. The Service includes screenshot annotation, video comments, project management, team collaboration, and related features as described on our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
We use Paddle to process payments. Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase: it is the seller named on your receipt, and it collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your payment information is handled directly by Paddle and is never stored on our servers. You agree to provide valid and current payment information.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. After repeated failures, your account may be downgraded to the free plan or suspended.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Contact us at support@layerdock.io within 14 days of your initial payment to request a full refund. Our Refund Policy sets out the full details, including how renewals are treated and how long a refund takes to reach you.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Layerdock. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Layerdock name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Layerdock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
