Plans and limits, explained

The short version of the lines on the pricing cards that need more than a few words. For prices and the full list, see pricing.

35 feedback submissions a month (Free)

A Free workspace can collect 35 pieces of feedback each calendar month, added up across all of its docks.

  • What counts: every new pin and every reply, whoever leaves it — you, a teammate or a client.
  • When it resets: on the 1st of every month (UTC).
  • Deleting does not refund: removing a pin does not give its slot back.
  • When it runs out: new feedback is paused until the next month. Everything already collected stays readable.

Pro and Agency have no feedback limit.

AI MCP integration: limited vs full context

The MCP server lets a coding agent such as Claude Code or Cursor read your feedback, fix the issue, reply and resolve the pin. Both paid plans include it. What changes is how much the agent is given about each pin.

  • Limited context (Pro): the comment, the element selector, the screenshot and the page URL. Enough to find and fix most visual issues.
  • Full context (Agency): all of the above, plus the console errors, network requests and browser details captured when the pin was left. That is what an agent needs to fix a bug rather than a layout.

The console and network data is recorded on every pin on every plan, so moving to Agency reveals it for feedback you already have. Setup is in connect your coding agent.

Workspace team management (Agency)

One workspace for your whole team, with up to 20 teammates (Pro allows 7). Clients who review your sites never count toward that number — reviewers are unlimited on every plan.

Each teammate gets a role that decides what they can do:

  • Admin: everything except billing, including inviting people and changing roles.
  • Team lead: creates and edits docks, adds people to them, and assigns feedback.
  • Dock lead: runs the docks they are added to, adding people and assigning feedback.
  • Member: works the feedback assigned to them.

Only the workspace owner handles billing.
