Plans and limits, explained
The short version of the lines on the pricing cards that need more than a few words. For prices and the full list, see pricing.
35 feedback submissions a month (Free)
A Free workspace can collect 35 pieces of feedback each calendar month, added up across all of its docks.
- What counts: every new pin and every reply, whoever leaves it — you, a teammate or a client.
- When it resets: on the 1st of every month (UTC).
- Deleting does not refund: removing a pin does not give its slot back.
- When it runs out: new feedback is paused until the next month. Everything already collected stays readable.
Pro and Agency have no feedback limit.
Screen recordings
Anyone reviewing a dock can record the page with their voice and camera and attach it to their feedback. Recordings are included on the paid plans.
- Pro: 25 screen recordings each billing period.
- Agency: 100 screen recordings each billing period.
- Free: not included.
- Length: up to 3 minutes each. The recording stops itself at 3 minutes and is kept.
- What counts: every recording uploaded to any of your docks, whoever makes it — you, a teammate or a client. Deleting one does not give its slot back.
- When it resets: when your billing period renews.
- When it runs out: the record button explains why and new recordings pause until the next period. Pins, screenshots and comments keep working.
Client share link
A client link opens your site in the review workspace for someone outside your team. They enter a name, no account or install needed, and pin feedback right on the page. They only see feedback from other clients, never your team's notes.
- Free: on your oldest active dock. If you complete or delete it, the next oldest active dock gets the link.
- Pro and Agency: on every dock.
- Your team's link works on every dock on every plan.
AI MCP integration: full context
The MCP server lets a coding agent such as Claude Code or Cursor read your feedback, fix the issue, reply and resolve the pin. Pro and Agency both include it, with full context on every pin.
- Full context (Pro and Agency): the comment, the element selector, the screenshot and the page URL, plus the console errors, network requests and browser details captured when the pin was left, and the element’s design specs from Inspect: padding and margin on every side, corner radius, font size, weight and line height, colours and shadow. The first is what an agent needs to fix a bug; the second is what it needs to match a design exactly.

Workspace team management (Agency)
One workspace for your whole team, with up to 20 teammates (Pro allows 7). Clients who review your sites never count toward that number — reviewers are unlimited on every plan.
Each teammate gets a role that decides what they can do:
- Admin: everything except billing, including inviting people and changing roles.
- Team lead: creates and edits docks, adds people to them, and assigns feedback.
- Dock lead: runs the docks they are added to, adding people and assigning feedback.
- Member: works the feedback assigned to them.
Only the workspace owner handles billing.
